We want to make shopping with us even more convenient for you. That's why we're excited to introduce a variety of affordable shipping options that cater to your preferences and needs. Whether you prefer in-store pickup for added flexibility or local delivery for convenience we have you covered. Our commitment to providing a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience is at the heart of our shipping policies. Explore the options below to find the one that suits you best.

For deliveries within city limits, the shipping fee is $14.99 for items that can be accommodated in a car. For larger items, such as furniture and appliances, requiring a truck for transportation, the shipping cost is $99.99.  


Orders placed with an incorrect shipping method added will not be shipped and will be made available for in-store pickup.

Shipping Options

In-Store Pickup

Choose your closest location for pickup when placing your order.

  •  Orders will be processed within 1 - 3 business days. (For Vulcan and Drumheller, please allow up to 7 business days).

  • Once orders are ready, you will receive an email stating your items(s) are ready for pickup.

  • Bring your order number to your chosen pickup location and we will give your order once we verify the order number.

Drop at the Door


  • Once your order is received we will send your information to our third-party delivery team.

  • You will then receive a text from them or a message containing their number for you to text to schedule delivery.

Drop at Door includes the following:


  • 7-Day AM/PM by Appointment

  • TEXT Bookings & Arrival Times

  • 2-Hour Delivery Window

  • Furniture Covers, Tarps & Wraps Used

  • Drop at the Front Door, Driveway, Garage

Curbside Delivery for Small Items and Groceries (CALGARY ONLY)

If you’re outside of Calgary please contact us to inquire about shipping.

Once order is placed, you will receive a text from the third party delivery team to schedule a delivery time.

Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days.

The delivery team will bring your items to your door. In the case of condos or apartments, you will be required to meet the delivery person at the main entrance unless you have made alternative arrangements with the delivery team.

Please ensure that an appropriate person is available to receive the order at your scheduled time. If you instruct us to make an unattended delivery and we, in our discretion, agree to do so, please note that we expressly disclaim any liability that may arise from unattended delivery. 

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • issues such as theft

  • tampering,

  • contamination, 

  • temperature changes, especially concerning temperature sensitive items.

Shipping Outside of Calgary

For orders outside of Calgary but within Canada and the United States, we use Canada post. Please contact us and let us know the item you’re interested in as well as your postal/zip code and we will
provide you with a shipping quote.

Disclaimer: While we strive to provide a seamless and reliable delivery experience through our trusted third-party
delivery company, we want to emphasize that we are not liable for any issues or damages that may occur during the
delivery process. Once your order is handed over to the third-party delivery service, any claims, concerns, or
incidents should be directed to them. We appreciate your understanding.

Our third-party delivery team will make every effort for a successful delivery. If unsuccessful due to customer-related issues (e.g., unavailability, obstacles like pets), the item will return to the store for in-store pickup. No refund for the delivery fee will be issued in such cases.

When placing an order please go to the shipping category and choose the appropriate shipping option. When choosing one of the shipping options please read the description and ensure you’re choosing the correct one that correlates with your items and order amount. Orders placed with an incorrect shipping method added will not be shipped and will be made available for in-store pickup.

Please note that delivery fees may vary, especially for large or heavy orders. Additional charges may apply in such cases.
